325d e92 lci, from centre of wheel to arch is just over 13cm with eibach pro, think that's about 15mm lower than with msport springs, rear hasnt altered

See my pictures for what i mean. + what spacers should i use ? in the front 5mm and in the back 12mm or 15mm ? I don't want any rubbing. And do you think it will settle after a while ? Because the front has lowered 20mm so that's good but the rear has to be lowered 10mm, i'm thinking because the spirals are to close at the back maybe it takes time ? Because in the front the spirals are wider and have more space ? I don't know... + there is a strange noise at the front springs. I didn't mount these myself i let them mount to the garage. I only hear the noise at speedbumps. Like a clunky kind of noise, i don't know how to explain, like rubber rubbing or something. Only in the front.

sorry for the pictures i think they are to big, but it's for people to see what you can get from M-tech to eibach pro kit. I have altered the contrast to see it much better.

So how did you get on in the end OP?

Did the ride settle and lower at all or did you manage to source and fit some lowering perches?

Very interested in this as I am about to pull the trigger on some springs for my 335i e92 m-sport. ( hate the front arch gap! ).

I am strongly thinking of going for the Eibach Pros but this post kind of puts doubts in my mind. I'm only looking for a 10mm or so drop so thought they would be perfect.

Also am I missing something or do you all mean inches rather than cm's when you have taken your measurements from the centre of wheel to arch?? Surely it's more like 14.5"?

Any info would be great.

Also how did the guys who ordered the sportline springs get on? Cannot find much info or pics on these fitted

I'm interested too, I have an e90 335d M Sport and I was gonna go for Eibach pros until I did a little research into it.

Your drop looks lower than the OP's. Not sure which route to go now

I fitted Pro's along with Koni yellows to my E90 330d LCI and the drop is great; particularly at the front.

The rear could go down a little more but it's not a huge gap.

The front is that low that with my M359's fitted; it scrapes the arch liners.

Mine's on Eibachs and it sits very well. If anything, it's almost too low, given the crap roads and speed bumps around.

I'd feel a little dubious about making the cars set up any harder. As soon as the suspension is harder and lower, unless the dampers are matched to the springs, it can become very unsettled on anything more than a smooth road. As we are all aware, the rear end on rear wheel drive cars can break away at a moments notice and I don't think this type of modification (although aesthetically pleasing to some) is worth it. I feel that the M Sport cars look great as standard

I know where you're coming from, but in my experience, the ride quality has improved. It's certainly less choppy than on normal M Sport springs.

Fair point. This was the case when I changed to H&R's on my VRS Fabia. The ride was improved, but the looks were drastically better.

The Eibach pro springs are designed to be used with OEM shocks, probably why they don't lower very much. That's what I'm running although I fitted new M sport shocks as they had done 70k & were well past there best, ride is no hasher than before IMO with a little less roll when cornering, ideal for everyday road use.
