Remove the resonator or use an aftermarket cat-back exhaust without a resonator, such as the Borla(we know the brace will clear this system for sure).

I would prefer to avoid issues with warranty that might arise from using an aftermarket exhaust. Rumor has it Hotchkis is working on a new version that will clear the E90 exhaust.
