UK 330 E90 Owners - Replaced your Tyres?

To all the UK 330 owners out there...

My E90 330 came with 17" Bridgestone Potenzas. Considering changing them to try and reduce the occassional tramlining/bump steer that the car can suffer from.

Anyone else noticed a better ride in view of the above symptoms when moving tyre brand?

Or am I kidding myself that a different tyre brand will actually make any noticeable difference?

Cheers

Luckily, I'm not yet in a position to have to change my 18" Bridgestone Potenzas.
I can't see how a change in tyre brand is going to make much of a difference, if the tyre width & aspect ratio stays the same.
You are going to need thinner tyres to minimise tramlining.
