2007 328i Fuel Gauge Jumps, Others Stuck After Start-Up (Video)

Hi, my BMW has a gauge problem.

As soon as I open the door to my car, the fuel gauge needle starts "jumping." All other gauges are inactive. This last for about 60 seconds, afterwards they all return to normal. This happens every time, regardless of outside temperature.

I have researched and not found much on the issue. Has anyone seen this before and have an idea of what could be wrong and how to fix? Here is a video that I took of the problem:

Have you checked to see if there are any codes? This type of issue wouldn't throw a CEL, but there may be CAN related communication errors or something causing this and there would be error codes.

Thanks for your response dsjr2006. I did a scan and it found no codes.
