Hole in rear liner to adjust damping on KWs?

Anyone put holes in the rear liner to make damping adjustments easier on your rear coilovers? Any pics to share?

I had with my PSS9s, the covers were great so it didn't look tacky.

just cut holes on the liner right near the adjustment points.

i had this on my m3, before i removed the trunk liner.
