LA (Marina Del Rey) area recommended trustworthy mechanic?
My sister is looking for a trustworthy shop in the Marina Del Rey-ish area. The last shop (5 star she found on Yelp)that touched her car gave it back with no oil in it, and I live 3000 miles away and can’t help her out doing the occasional maintence she needs. Her be good is at 40k, and around 50k she’ll need a dsg trans service. She’s been going to puffy lube for fully synthetic oil changes, but I wouldn’t even trust that they’re putting fully synthetic in.... I’m just looking for a fairly priced, competent shop to recommend she takes her car to.

BPM Sport is in Marina Del Ray. Mike is an amazing dude and has a fantastic reputation in the M boards. He is one of the only people that I will let touch my car.

Hey- Hate to be the bearer of the bad news, but it looks like Ivo Renner died a few years back, crashing his M3 during a track day. From what I can tell, the shop closed.
