Thank you! I'm very pleased with it. Lots of fun and still an excellent daily driver. I even do the grocery shopping with it regularly, although people often look at me with bewilderment when I put the bags where normal cars have the engine...

It shows the "real" new price of the car is about £70grand, not 100. So it loses a much more "reasonable" £15-20K in yr1-1.5, not 45-50K!
That ties up with the broker discounts of £25k+ available, before negotiation. Some guys have been getting 40K off list on stock cars. A whole 335i off in discount! No one pays 100K for one, or if they do they're daft. But some dealer are advertising 6 month old ones for 10grand more than you can pick up a new one for from a broker! Are they daft too? |

I have been a in a massive dilemma of what to replace my 335i with, and I believe in 18 months this could be the answer. Just out of interest, what is the engine code? Is it the S63? WM |

Hmm, funny you should say that....
Apparently they all make north of 600bhp standard anyway due to "conservative" BMW figures. BMS stage 1 tuner gives about +50bhp DMS remap is 720bhp, 588lbft (800nm), for £2000. But that includes unlimited free next day call outs for up to 3 years to your home/office to reload and unload the map as you wish (before / after service or warranty work etc) which is pretty neat. Best get the 1200mile run in service done first though... |

Seen your thread on PH. Those interior pics are stunning. It's a great combo. This is it for me in about 18 months if depreciation goes the way it's planned. Can't imagine it's going to be easy to find one though. They are few and far between.
I guess by then the tuning will have developed and I will stick a JB4 on. This thing would be an animal on Meth. WM |

Thanks matey.
Somebody on PH had figures from BMW of only 280 odd M6 GC in the UK full stop, that's pretty rare in my book. I still wake up in a cold sweat about the colours, but hey you only live once and there's no saleability risk with a lease! BMS do a JB4 beta upgrade for it already. Hmm.... |

Ho ho ho. Look what Santa brought round the other day!
What a motor, what a colour, gob smacked isn't the word. Already done the first few mods, iND gloss black grills and side markers. And carbon tail pipe slip ons, to replace the standard chrome tips. (Not on in the photos). Enjoy.... |

The interior as Aragon Brown. it's a new colour for the LCI cars (July 15 on). none in the UK yet as far as I know.
Sakhir orange is actually bright red, too much for me, but this brown has a tinge of orange and it goes beautifully with the blue. |

Just wow! Was never a fan of the way the older M6 looked from the back and the front, but BMW really outdone themselves. This one is
