I'm on Yokohama Advan Sport All Seasons. So far so good, its been about 10,000-15,000 miles and they've served me well so far.

Pulled up old underlayment to find pretty severe termite damage in the subfloor none is active. So I'll replace that now. Not hard, just irritating.

I starting to want to retract my statement. Today I busted another one of these tires, thats 2 in 2 months. I drive pretty carefully around pot holes and stuff, but there's a rough set of train tracks that I have to drive over to get to work and I think that's what doing it.

I blew one of my toyos hitting a large pothole (I'd say maybe 3",3.5" of just a huge patch of asphalt gone) going around 50mph and it blew the sidewall on my month or two old Toyos. Which is understandable, it'd probably do that to any low-pro. But for train tracks to do that..

More construction pics. Finished the flooring in one of my boys room. I will say that I loved the aesthetic look of the diagonal boards but they are a pain in the ass!
