2009 335i - Clutch is suddenly very easy to engage?

Long story short- I was driving 50-60ish on my way home. Shifting from 5th to 6th.
Suddenly my clutch is very easy to engage. I have watched a few videos referring to the slave and master cylinders, but they all mention a fairly large leak. As I was driving I wasnt able to check to see if there was fluid below vehicle.

I'm not having a hard time engaging into gears, it just feels "broken in" compared to my driving experience so far.

No noises/pop sounds, no leaking that i am aware of.

Am I looking at a slave cylinder replacement? Gasket? Air in the system? Or just overthinking the whole thing?

Specs: e92 n54 2009 335i. No mods.
