DKM Twin Disk Clutch & Flywheel

Item Interest
Brand new in box DKM Stage 3 Performance Twin Disc Clutch Kit with Single Mass Flywheel.

Rated for 740 ft./lbs. of torque to the wheels.

For vehicles with a production date up to 01/2009 (8 bolt flange).

I’ve tested almost all aftermarket N54 clutch options on various cars and can say this is the clutch/flywheel that I chose for my personal car. Stock like drivability with a more precise/sporty pedal feel and massive torque capacity. Perfect 👌

How would one quantify a more "sporty" pedal feel. Is it 1.5x stock or more? I've been eyeing a TD setup, but chatter and pedal effort have been, thus far, a deterrent.

DKM is distributed by competition clutch.

I have this clutch in my N55 PS2. Prior to install I had added a pair of streetable BFI poly motor mounts. I raised the idle to 900-950 in MHD to eliminate vibrations while idling. I did not have to increase the level any further with the new clutch.

Having read all the negative aspects of a twin disc set up I was reluctant at 1st to go this route. I had dealt with LWFW and 4 puck clutches before, but coming from a DMFW I was concerned about pedal feel and a smooth engagement.

I am happy I put my hesitations aside and selected this clutch kit. I chose it because it has an organic disc in it and gives a mildly stiffer feel than the stock pedal. Engagement is fantastic and not too harsh. It drives very close to stock with very little noticeable difference.

This is my 1st twin disc ever and I am happy with it so far. It's holding 500ftlbs at the flywheel (I am mid tuning and had to put the car away for the winter). I don't know if they updated the installation instructions, but you do need a clutch pedal stop with most twin discs because the slave cylinder rod travel is much shorter. I just added a couple extra rings back to my BMS one and it's perfect.

Thank you sir! @OP, would you be willing to warranty this, or is there an existing warranty? It's a lot of coin to drop in the event something is wrong with it....

Highly doubt its a scam.
They have a decent post count and joined in 2014.
They most likely sold the kit and the car it went on, then forgot to mark it sold.
This person has not logged on in 2 years, you can click the user name and view profile to see join date, post count, and date they last were online.
You guys are bumping 2 year old classified threads instead of looking at the last date they were online.
You are better off sending a PM, which they must login to view, as it sends an email to the account they used to register on here.
If they have not logged on and exchanged messages there is no way to send money.

Spot on. Definitely not a scam lol. Sold years ago. Sorry, should have marked as sold earlier.

Ya, um you definitely have the wrong thread/guy. Sold it years ago along with my car. Just forgot to mark as sold here.

I just noticed I have like 10 DMs on this ancient for-sale posting about this clutch so apologize to you all for not marking it as sold, but also not sure why people are bumping a 2 year old sale post.

Only reason I logged back on is because I'm cleaning out the garage and have some other parts to sell. Unfortunately I'm sure this false accusation isn't going to help with that on this site...
