MACO and Bank Fees

When you finance a car throught the dealer or other financing sources (i.e. CapitalOne) do you still pay MACO and bank fees or does that only relate to leasing?

Thanks.

Only related to leasing! The only bank fees you get are for the interest.

If you do ED,there would be no MACO or training fee,but if it's a normal delivery, both of those fees are in the price.Maco is an advertising cost that's
on all the cars unless the dealer is not part of the advertising group ( we aren't )
but we add 250 advertising on every car to cover our advertising budget for the year
