Performance Center Delivery - Things to Do?

Will be heading down to Spartanburg next month, the Wed before Thanksgiving for PC delivery. For those who've been there, what's there to do in the Spartanburg/Greenville area?

Also, its about an 8 hour drive home to MD, so we're trying to find some interesting places to stop on the way. Any suggestions?

We visited with some of my wife's friends while we were there, but if that had not been the case, we would have definitely stayed at the Biltmore ( http://www.biltmore.com/ ). Some of the other people picking up their car the same day as me ended up staying there the night of their delivery, so they cruised over there with the pro driver after the PCD activities.

We ended up just driving straight home because we had our infant son with us, but it was still a nice drive since the fall foliage was in effect.

I can give you some cool, mountain roads that takes you thru Asheville. Or...let me know...and I can lead you to Asheville at the end of your delivery process. It is normally a 1.25 hour drive to Asheville, but we can stretch it to 2-3 hours. Drop me an e-mail if you want me to lead you to Asheville.
