Some excellent shots.
I personally think that rear is dropped way too much. And I would have left the whole bumper in CF. M3 mirrors and wheels complement the car and colour so well.

Looking good I do like the carbon bonnet and the vinyl breaks it up as you said blends in nice with the a pillar.
Top work coming back from where it was not that long ago. |

achu kudos to you, amazing that you have been able to pick yourself up from what happened, I think that would have demoralised me too much to see by baby attacked. But it looks amazing. I do have to ask though..., which has given you the most satisfaction, the first incarnation or the revival? I suspect there is greater satisfaction in what you have achieved now but im sure the cost (non finanical) was great.

Good point on wrapping the side of bonnet as it does flow into the A pillars alot better....
I'm also amazed you don't get rubbing on the rear, looks so tight in the arches!! |

================================================== ======== so my life with this car has been hell lol, everybody around me is modding like fvck and i'm sitting here tryna fix one thing after another! my first problem was another bloody boot leak... i think the seals moved when i took something out the boot... water leaked on to the processor and killed it... £650 new ffs so that's in for repair while i have no sounds... you know when they say when it rains it pours... well i went to get a car cover so the car wouldn't leak when it rained and on the way home i got a flat tyre... i pumped it up with a device i carry with me at all times but the tyre quickly deflated as i was tryna get home... i thought minor, i'll fix it when i get home... about 5mins away from home i hear a pop and the rim grinding on the ground :| the tyre had come off the rim... i stopped the car and asked my sister to pick me up so i could get the jack and spare wheel and this was my situation: so i thought easy enough, a tyre change will be half an hour... i took out all the bolts and the wheel just wouldn't budge... not even a millimetre.... i tried kicking for 30mins and nothing... called a mate and we both tried for a couple of hours... nothing... i then called recovery and he tried for 30mins... still nothing... not even a tiny bit... he said it looked like we were gonna have to cut the wheel off :| but then he had a genius idea... he got the straps that hold a car to a recovery truck, tied it round a telephone connections booth and tied the other end round the wheel spokes... tightened it up to the max and we started kicking the wheel: finally the wheel came off and this is how it looked: i dunno how it got to this but i'm lucky it didnt burst or was far from home! got the throwing star on: and got new vreds for the rears... moved from 265s to 275s anyways, when i went to take off the 'good' wheel, this is what it looked like: musta been a mixure of getting partworn tyres, camber and excessive pressure but i'm lucky i got the tyre off when i did... that looked fvcked... the vreds went on: and this is how they fit: looks really good but rubs quite a bit when i go on a dip... might have to harden the rear dampening to the max... anyways after this i got my major service done and got the m3 arms on anybody who does this, make sure you go to get alignment straight after... the car didnt just handle like shit, it felt dangerous... the steering would wanna go to full lock or fight back when steering randomly, totally unpredictable... the toe was out 5 degrees in total when i took it to get aligned... also some how the front got a little bit lower, low enough that the tyres started rubbing on the wing :| it tore up the should of the tyre... got the front cambered in 2 degrees and the rear cambered in 3 degrees and all is well now... this is how the front fits: the wing is a little messed up so ima have to get another one... anywayssss... on to the actual mods, as most of you mighta seen, i've actually designed and cut out vinyl eyelids for my headlights to give the effect of half circles i must say, i loveee it: and the ride height is exactly how i want: just need to get the sounds fixed... get my JB4 in... and probably some new brake disks and paint the callipers and that is all for now!

What a nightmare with the flat!!
I had a front stuck on to the hub, local tyre shop used a big bar to swing underneath and beat off. I think it's because there was too much paint on the centre after a refurb and it expanded on the hub in the heat. It's all worth it though as it looks awesome! |
