The above is the reason why this ship is docking at the santander dock ...

just want some one who speaks Spanish to translate and confirm what this could mean ...

Santander is a Basque town on the north shore -- was there last October. Not sure why they would dock there. So repairs to the ship is a good reason.

I'm not sure exactly, but there could be a variety of reasons: waiting period for cargo to load, refueling of the vessel, repairing vehicles, who knows...I won't worry too much if I were you, BMW doesn't have any factories/facilities in Madrid do they? Although this is easier said than done..relax..I'm sure your car is fine.

Taken on 8 March 2007 .... looks ok to me .... cool looking ship ... looks new to me unless it just had a new coat of paint ...

EDIT: Notice that "log" looking something jutting out of the water in the pic .... mmm .... i hope the ship did not hit that ....

New ships typically have problems that need to be corrected on early voyages and that could be the reason for the delay to make repairs.

No problem of the cargo. Will load all the units after completing the repair.
