Beautiful bro, I think all the hassle was well worth it in the end. Any updates on when your custom lip will be made?

Can we get a few pics of the lip Andrey sent with the bumper? Hope it isn't too much to ask.

Thanks!

+1

Would be cool to see it pushed up with some grocery bags or foam holding the lip up under the bumper.

Joe, what are you planning on doing with the ducts? Leaving them how they are? Are planning on adding fogs at anytime?

I am going to say fuck it and do an LCI front conversion, even though I like the pre-lci hood more. Andrey said he would send me a LCI 1M bumper.

Sure I can mention what BMW charged me however the price is different after what their guy told me face to face going through the mess with my bumper lol

$650 all together, it fits like OEM no issues, no alignment problems or nothing straight up perfect 100% fitment

If they have to do it again it'll be a grand, so factor what I paid for my bumper and paint/work its less than LTMW's $1500 or so price.

Roughly $1200 for everything which includes buying the bumper that's polyurethane and not fiberglass

Yes very much so worth it, as far as the lip it's a custom made splitter. I do have pictures of it but waiting to surprise the build thread

As far as the MME lip, my car currently is SUPER low so I can't even preteen to mount it. Once I raise up the front which I'm playing tomorrow or Saturday to do I can do so

Well pending how my oil temps act during the summer, I am thinking mesh grill pieces and fog light bars. I want to test out the 6series fog light bars but I'm researching still to provide options to everyone.

I hope you get a bumper from that idiot so inform us when you do man!

That it did AFTER BMW did the work, it had mad fitment issues, mounting issues, and etc. However now it fits like OEM and money well spent overall AND still cheaper than LTMWs
This makes sense. So BMW made it fit not LTMW?

Correct BMW themselves NOT LTMW made it fit, I went to the dealership by my house and pitched the project to the GM

Thanks Ritch, I'm sure yours is going to look flawless. You should definitely watch how low you are with this bumper installed

Yeah I know I emailed him last week about it. He replied that his guys are more focus on the fitment of the bumper. By the way what are your plans on the duct area?

Yea fitment is very important, as far as the duct areas I'm gonna leave them as is for now then eventually mesh grill

Where do you think you can get the mesh grill from since Andrey, Mike,etc...disappeared from the forum. If you do find the grill let me know where you get it from.
