Compared to stock, it HAS to be better. For $399 you can't go wrong. It might not last forever, but who knows. Not my cup of tea but I can see these selling A LOT.

If someone else posts a dyno with this intercooler and IAT's I will order mine this week I mean as long as it holds id rather save the 600 and get a JB3 PnP. That would be a good way to spend $950

Any new feedback on this Ebay FMIC ??
It looks like it is mounted so low that you won't be able to put the bottom engine cover back in place ??

Thumbs up

sorry guys i just got back to the post.

I am getting my HPFP replaced as well as my passenger side front brake sensor replaced, so i have not been runnning it hard and also had to cancel my dyno day.

for those of you that are still thinking that this FMIC is too low, you forget that it is basically the same as the code3 intercooler, my bumper is not on in the pics and its on a lift

also yes, you have to shave off about a 3/4 inch where the undercarrige cover connects, so yes you wont be putting that cover back on. but im not an idiot im not goin off road with it. after i get everything fixed and my wheels in ill update you with new pics that are with everything back on.

alright, who are you and what have you done with the REAL O-cha?
+1 just cus its cheap doesnt mean its crap. why pay 900+ for something you can pay about 300 and get just about the same results most people who use there cars as dd dont need a high end intercooler unless there constantly runnin on a track.

I'm currently in china and Taiwan visiting a lot of the mfg factories that make these products. In fact I'm posting this from my iPhone on a bus outside of Guangzhou. I gotta say, a lot of the places are very capable ... And some are not. We all know low end mfg is all done overseas.

The real weakness of these china factories I've seen is that they don't build quality testing into their process, they just kind of do a spray and pray method ans check at the end. Next, they are capable of mfg other designs, but there is no innovation. Also the concept of branding and marketing is also kind of new.

I loaded up some solidworks files for them and they ran with it and cnc'd a mold for me from their 5axis USA made haas cnc machine, and balanced my turbos with a German schenck machine - all high end equipment.

The funniest thing is none of these people are enthusiasts, or even know the context of what they are making. It's simply a job for them. We are all into modding cars and stuff but the concept is so foreign to them. China is on the rise and more people have money to play with so tuners should think about the Chinese market of course their currency is now 6:1 not 8:1 like before ... So maybe we should move on to Vietnam or Africa
