Heres some pictures. My buddy brandon is a tech so he did all the wiring for me.
All the wiring was cleanly done and hidden under the steering wheel column. Once i get the time Ill most likey custom fab one through my drivers side air vent. Right now this will suffice.

This is my concern. I already know that I'm going to get the Defi BF gauge, but location...that I'm not too sure about.
Walked U-you should've have the gauge angled to the side...now you can't see the display behind it! |

I dont even look at my center gauges anyways. and if i need to check my cars dianostics ill most likey have the car stopped anyways. So looking around it itsnt a big deal. Like i said in my post before. This was a quick way to get a boost gauge in my car to see if I was peaking psi correctly. When I get time to, Ill have my shop custom fab a boost gauge pod for me on my drivers side air vent.

I swapped out my ashtray for the sunglass holder and then put the Zeitronix in. Fits nice and it can even be tucked away. It displays Boost, EGT and AFR if you install the appropriate sensors (which i did) will also DATA log if you are so inclined.

jp, we need to meet one of these days. You do everything I want to do BEFORE I do it. We've even had the same cars in the past. Sure we werent seperated at birth?

I thought about that as well, but the problem I have with Zeitronix is that since the numbers moved so fast, it's really hard to see the boost. This was loved in the Evo though, driving with a laptop for data logging!

Your gizmo sounds a lot like the S-AFC I installed in my Avenger years ago. Of course, yours probobly does a heck of a lot more. That POS was running 120shot of nitrous along with every bolt on you could get hahahah. What a miserable waste of money that was |

I remember seeing this on e46fanatics, its one of the crappiest boost gauges, but the install is an option for 335 guys where you can just mold a universal gauge pod holder and cover it with suade...
Its not the cleanest install, but its in sight when you are WOT.

I didn't even think of that ... I really hate this car sometimes. Compared to my s2k that has ZERO features, its a nightmare sometimes when it comes to modding.

That guage is nice because it would be really simple to mount somewhere, but digital gauges are so much harder to read while driving. I use to hate how my wideband would bounce around with the digital display. Does that guage show vac also? It didn't say on the site.
