I PM'ed you back...
I have the same size... 19x8.5 front, and 19x9.5 If you get 235/35/19 front and 265/30/19 rear tires, you will be running the same setup as me, and about 75% of the rest of us with 19" wheels. people that run 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 tires are usually running 19x9 and 19x10 wheels. You will be fine.

I have the same wheel size width on my car. This is what I run on factory sport suspension. Perfect flushed look with no rubbing! I am running on Michelin Super Sports which is a fantastic set of rubber in my opinion!
Be mindful of the offset on the wheels! Front 19"x8.5" offset 35 Tires 235/35/19 Rear 19"x9.5" offset 30 Tires 265/30/19 |

Jesus tap dancing Christ, do you want to be spoon fed everything? Do you need someone to hold your dick while you piss? Try and do a modicum of research before you ask questions, and for fucks sake stop posting about that goddamn lip!

LOL yeah next thread will be something like
Hey guys I didn't take your advice and went with the 19s now my car runs a bit more sluggish than normal. You I get a PBX or a AA tune, what would you guys suggest? Also the ride is a bit harsher now and my ass hurts after a while. Would you guys recommend squats and stiff legged dead lifts to put some more meat on my ass and thighs? |

Although these other guys can be harsh sometimes, I agree with the principle they are trying to convey... search before posting. A lot of the info you've been requesting has been discussed several times on this forum. The guys here can be extremely helpful, but it's your responsibility to seek out what info is available before asking them for help. Anyway, good luck!

welp take it from someone who has been riding on 20's for about 3 years now.. pray that you live in a place that is flat and does not have any pot holes.. you will feel everything!!! Now that I'm a little be older (25) I'm starting to get into more function over form..
pros. it looks awesome, you wont need to lower it to close the wheel gap. cons.. dont hit anything.. you will feel everything!! and tires are more expensive the higher you go. |

New Here and I have a Further Question.
2011 328i
Quick question. What about some other 19 inch BMW factory wheels that look like they might have come off a SUV or Larger sedan. I have Spec 1 SP-56 Rims that are 17 inch and I added a fresh set of tires when I gained ownership. I Live in New Orleans and I speak nothing but truth about potholes. You may know all the potholes but just doing random things like going to the quick store real quick can lead to unplanned incidentals. One of my wheels is now bent after it was already bent one time, a final kill blow. Did I mention today I am replacing a passenger control arm and with these said rims in question. I started having shimming at around 50MPH so suspension its going to get work work and M3 upgrades later (for Durability). Mind you it came out of the auction driving perfect. My rubber has road hazard for later also. If I get a replacement rim its not all that much but I have to wait, when I can just go meet someone from marketplace and get them cheaper and quicker. I am 40 years old and do not care about the looks all that much. I care about cheap and savings. I also saw 16 inch BMW wheels and with decent tread left with a extra wheel and tire. 5 for 200 , I am 6 sets of rubber later and 1 rim bent twice. So thoughts on other sized BMW wheels. 16 inch wheels were from a generation before 3 series, or factory 19 inch wheels with performance not being a variable? I can work on the price om the 19s making that more savings. ???? Thanks Last edited by ParkerTen; 11-27-2021 at 07:53 PM.. |

I don’t think 16s will fit on the 328, brakes probably too large. They did fit on the 323/325, but those have smaller brakes iirc.
SUV wheels may be fine, but obviously the tire sizes won’t be. But for the wheels themselves, just check the widths and offsets against what you’re currently using and confirm you have the clearance for it. My guess is it should be ok (except maybe suv M wheels?), but I would certainly confirm before spending any money etc. Quote:

16’s will fit - they were standard here in the US.
OP, the sport pack 17”s are really rare and are a nice design. I have 18”s on mine from the factory and it’s a bit harsh at times over bumps. I’ve been looking to go to 17’s myself… Just my .02¢. |

Defo worth confirming, I do know that 328 brakes are different based on the year of production. I believe later models won't fit 16s, OPs is a 2011 I believe.
