Can I use this for the door sill rubbers and Hinges? I feel like it's squeeking!

Sure, why not. Or WD-40. Just wipe up any excess and you will be good to go

Is it squeaking or do you just "feel" like it's squeaking? If it is indeed squeaking, go for it! If it isn't.....eh, you'll spray it anyway.

WD-40 is a penetrating oil not a lubricant. Long term it will accelerate wear if used as a lubricant.

Use a true lubricant (or grease) for door hinges and silicone (or other non petroleum based products) on rubber seals.

+1 I've been using silicone spray on the window tracks and door seals on my '14 Subaru since new. I apply in spring and late autumn. |

I used it all over ships for about everything.. it's survived the salt air pretty well. Fancy pink grease for wires for crane and lifeboats..
One time we carried propylene glycol which is Astro Glide.. loved to mess with the dock guy on the amount of Astro glide left to load.. We also carried some really nasty shit that would eat leather and skin.. I quit that ship when I realized that management were fired for incompetence from other ships.. the coast guard ain't shredding my license for these assholes..

I’ve been partial to silicone grease for the past few years—obviously application dependent. I just buy dielectric grease.
I’ve always disliked white lithium and other “colored” greases since they tend to to be much more noticeable than whatever is used from the factory. I dunno if I’d grease my door sill rubber personally, but if you think it’ll help I guess you could try.
