My 335i 48 hours after delivery last week. The mandatory Golden Gate snap-shot - will attempt some photography later.

Concentrated on driving for fum just now.

PS: Monaco Blue with Cream Dakota - sunroof shade open. SunTek HP 30% sides - 20% rear. See companion photo below "Marin Headlands" to get a better idea on tint - remember - bright day and roof sunshade open - light cream interior all effect results.

the 30% tint on the sides look very see through; i plan on getting 35%, hope that's not too light. very nice car though!

Note that as the SunTek HP ratings drop - the tint level increases. The 30% sides are much lighter than the 20% rear (which also has an OEM roll-up mechanical sunshade as an extra). Anything more on the sides may prompt a pull-over - certainly in San Francisco - at least to issue a ticket for no front plate (I am not drilling any holes to mount one). A great revenue maker for intersection and speed cameras.

Note too that applying any tint to the front side windows is illegal in California and that my top sunshade and light cream interior makes the side tint seem lighter. You need to do some homework on the "Search" function here as I did. But in the end, it is a personal choice.

But then, I obey all traffic laws and never exceed the posted speed limit

under direct sunlight, you'll be able to see through the car with 35%.

I have 35's and they look much darker than that....i think it's cuz his shade is open and the sun is shining through

i got suntek hp 35/20 and the front does look very light under the sun. if i could go back, id definitely go 30/20, probably 20/20 even.. and yeah Auto Mall Tint Specialists is a nice place, geraldo does some great work
