Logic 7 amp problem

Anyone know what voltage should be coming out of each channel on the logic 7 amp?

Got an issue with one of the sub channels (right/drivers side) it’s showing 4.5 volts using a multimeter where as the left one shows 18/19. Naturally the right subwoofer isn’t working. I’ve swapped the subs over and it’s still showing the right sub channel as 4.5 volts, so the subs work but not that channel.

Also does anyone know if the fans are meant to be running all the time as ive not seen the fans come to life at all when testing. The amp does warm up a bit but isn’t hot so nit sure if the fan is only meant to come on at certain temps.

Yeah looks to be the case, I’ve seen a few threads about the bass going. Probably better off with a replacement amp as I don’t fancy taking it apart. Got it off eBay so hopefully have no problem getting a refund, famous last words.
