Great service at SoCal Sterling BMW
Just picked up my car from their service department. Not to be mistaken this is Sterling BMW in Newport Beach, CA not BMW of Sterling in VA which I have read a lot of bad reviews on. Great service, pretty much went in, gave me a rental (Loaners were all gone)and I was on my way. Got my iDrive updated to 25.1.1 and oil change from them. Brought in my SIB showed the SA what was wrong with it, no hassle. If you guys are in the OC area, highly recommend Sterling

Kristy was on the phone so I spoke to someone named Valerie. She wanted to charge me $30/day for a rental. I was like, wait a second. I have a bad brake sensor @ 2,200 miles and you are telling me I have to pay for a loaner? I bought my car there, I guess I'll go to some other dealer.
She quickly changed her tune and said they'll comp it. They said BMW loaners are out for a month (WTF).

Oh, my CA told me to contact Kristy as well. From what I hear, she has a very good rep. I have a feeling I was speaking to a phone operator. I'll rant about her to my CA. FWIW, when I told her I bought my car there she pulled me up and verified my phone #. I was already in the system I guess because I bought my car there.
The parts department has always been friendly and they give me a discount b/c I bought my car there.

I bought my 335 coupe new from them, they are the best BMW dealer I have ever come across. Service is exceptional, my salesman was Danny (german accent) and he was so helpful. Would def use again!

I had a different experience. My wastegates starting rattling AGAIN and they wouldnt even look at it blaming it on the DINAN software I have. They are a DINAN authorized BMW Center yet won't work on my car on a issue thats happened before and widespread well-known. Pisses me off.
