i think we might be missing something here...

this seems to me clear evidence that some vehicles are actually coming like this from the factory!

perhaps being too hard on some of the examples in this thread?

When in collected my 330d m sport on Sunday, I noticed the faint ghosting of an 'M' badge on the back. This has now been polished out. Id have been distraught seeing
