Any way to install poor fitting aftermarket bumper (E92 Pre LCI)

Hey everybody. About a year ago I bought a 1M style bumper for my 328.

Having trouble getting the photo to embed so here's the direct link: https://ibb.co/bzvNK4B

It fit very poorly, when the vendor said over email it would be near OEM and wouldn't require a body shop. As you can see, he was completely lying. Long story short, he took 10 months to make the bumper when he said 2 months, and instead of disputing after a couple months, I waited and my period to dispute it expired, so I'm stuck with the bumper.

Now I have a E92 335xi, so in theory it's made for the same body, but I haven't taken the stock bumper off to test fit the 1M on the 335i. Vendor said I would likely have to shave my front support, but that doesn't make any sense to me - it's not hitting on anything, it's just not the right shape in the first place.

Going off the old photo, how would I go about installing it? Material quality is solid, it just doesn't line up at all. Can a body shop do this without spending an absurd amount of money (I was planning on painting it myself once I knew it could be mounted)

I'm not afraid to shame the vendor here. It was ColoradoN5X. Dude handled this abysmally and I would never recommend buying anything from him, esp body parts. Most of his stuff is Ebay special quality stuff he resells.

I also have another 1M bumper I was able to successfully dispute from it being absolutely trash. It was a duraflex child company. It also fits horribly but in a different way, and the material quality was way way worse.

I'd assume it's probably easier to get the better quality but not correctly shaped one to fit (maybe with heat?) then the poor quality correctly shaped one which would need a shit ton of bondo which I really want to avoid.

Looks like that was designed to fit the e92 m3 with wider wings? Saying that even the headlights don't match up unless it curves inwards and fits?

When I had my e82 I fitted a 1m style bumper and it lined up fine when was put I front of the bumper yours seems t stick way out eithe side?

Doubt it. Pretty sure the E92 M3 is only about 1 in wider than a 335 in the front according to some posts on here. There's probably 4-5 in of gap total with how I had it on.

Is the new bumper plastic or fiberglass?

If it’s plastic, then can’t you wrap it around the light to bolt to the fender?
In the first pic, it looks like it’s just warped and bent outwards.
Bolt it to the core support first then try to wrap the corners around to the fender.
