29E0 Mixture Control Fault

I've been getting this code on and off ever since I switched maps on MHD from Stg 1+ to Stg 2+ (91oct-95ron).

Just need some insight as to what could be causing it.
I've have read that it could be 02 sensors, Low fuel pressure sensor or even the LPFP itself although there doesn't seem to be a prime suspect to this code.
I'm not running e85 at all, just straight 98oct.

Coils/Plugs are all new as of 10,000kms ago.
Injectors are fine, just replaced a leaking one last week in cyl 2 as well as a fresh plug.

Reset Lambda adaptations and code has not come back for a few days
