What up guys so I went yesterday to check out some apartments and I noticed some ones are nice some are just wackkkkkk so I came down to 2.... I looked at Valley Forge Suites I like that a lot I'm getting a 2bed 1 bath for $1050 and my own parking in the back...Another I looked at is Kingswood Apartments they said $1100 for the same but they said heat is included. Now I went to apartment ratings and they only one that came out with a good rating was Vally Forge Suites ......any advice ppl????

Valley Forge Suites or the Lofts at Valley Forge? I looked at the Lofts and they were super nice but flood like 10x a year haha to the point sometimes where cars get destroyed, they warn you in advance if they suspect and have you move to higher ground.

I have heard mixed things about Kingswood
