i've have this happen to me the same way!

i curbed my driver side rear rims going really slow. my car drives straight and my steering wheel is also straight up at the centre too.

there are only minor curb rash on my rear driver side rims, should i worry about the arms being bent?

i'm really worry now

Hotice: if you can tolerate having the curb rashes on your wheels, might as well wait until you're near the end of your lease term to have them re-finished. Not jinxing you, but you may very well get more rashes later on.

Off-topic but somewhat related, I saw a Jeep TJ the other day stranded in the middle of a road. Its front left wheel fell off, I'm guessing he changed his own tires and didn't tighten the nuts enough.
you guys are full of crap. of course they can repair wheels. LOL. we can send a man to the moon but we can't make a wheel round?

When I had curb rash on two wheels, I looked into them, but I eventually decided to DIY. My repaired rims look essentially perfect. I can feel the difference because I didn't lay down the clear coat as well as factory, but they look great.

If I could do it over again, I wouldn't bother with the DIY (takes too long, too much effort) and instead would use one of the mobile repair guys.
I've used ye olde wheel for repair. Excellent work About $125 to fix curb rash on a $700 volk. A bargain if you ask me.

As a former machinist, yes a rim that is bent can be fixed, normally you use a Lathe a Dial indicator some heat a dead blow hammer,,,,and a lotttttttttt of patience. as for the rash, Bro, there are thousands of people that can fix that. This is the 21st century anything is possible. I am selling a set of 4 oem PERFECT 2008 17" 335i rims and tires. FYI. JIC. LOL
