Although we won't be running any group buys for these wheels, we will be doing a spring special for select models.

I don't understand MORR's statement. If you don't have a shipping product how can you make any claims? Are the MORR CSL copy wheels even JWL certifiable?

These wheels that Eisenhaus is showing us are JWL approved and tested by a certifiable process and they can be purchased since it's a shipping product.

Well, I think Carlos's VS7 will be JWL certify because the Forging mill he uses probably also make other high end japanese forge rims. From the sound of it, 8000 tons press are only available in handful of countries with majority of them coming from Japan. If he has a outsource contract for one of the press to manufacture the wheels for him, then the factory will also implement the same testing regulation as their other name brand wheels, hence JWL/VIA certification.

I`m not looking to jack this thread, however, lets make sure that every information posted is accurate.
I understand that you are not trying to jack this thread but we all know that you are making a copy of the QD7 wheel. Please respect our threads. I have never posted in any of yours. Let's make this a positive community. There is plenty of room in this business for all of us.

Cheers,
Ryan

Even some of the cheap cast wheels are going to come in at 15lbs, but it really doesn't say much, about the wheel in general.

The key issue here should be the strength to weight ratio.
A Neez single block 8000ton die-forged wheel is going to be far superior in strength to weight ratio. As a single block of aluminum is forged to the final shape (rather than cast or even forged into a round block and later cut into spokes) under 8000 tons of stress, the natural grains in the aluminum are going to align outward along the spokes and into the rim (barrel)section.
This allows the wheels to have superior torsional strength across the width of the wheel, which is essential in high speed corners. This is where a lot of the 3-piece wheels will come in short with the pieces held together by bolts and welds, which may lead to cracking or simple fracture due to fatigue.

This high strength to weight ratio will be easily evident when you drive off with the Neez wheels. Improved braking, acceleration and cornering should be realized as soon as you put the wheels on.

Cheers

Guys, this is just a picture thread! No reason to get upset. Morr, I'm sure your wheels are fantastic! I'm very sure the quality will be extremely high, and they'll look great as well. There's nothing wrong with more than one company making nice wheels.

In any case, I'm quite confident that if you look at the pricing for Neez wheels, vs the pricing for Morr wheels, you'll find that we're not even working with the same demographic. Your wheels seem like a great wheel for the economy minded car enthusiast who still wants a great wheel, but doesn't necessarily want to pay for the real thing. Your style 162s are a great example of this! They look just like OEM, and I'm sure they are still a very high quality wheel, even though they're not actually licensed by BMW.

Those enthusiasts that want the real 162 because it's the real thing will continue to buy the real style 162. Those enthusiasts who don't mind getting a reproduction to save a bit of cash will do just that. No problems! Now back to the photos, please.

The Neez Enzo at a show-these photos really clarify the scale of the car:

Sadly, none of my photos of the FXX in the background turned out too well

The Enzo getting delivered:

Fresh off the truck, still has the plastic on the seats!

Detail of the trailer with some more Neez wheels:
