How to reset saved FM stations on non iDrive radio?

I want to reset my saved FM stations and was wondering how to do it?

I did get access to the hidden radio menu by holding the "M" button but where do I go after that?

Tune the station that you want to put on a button, then
press and hold the button that you want to program with that station.

M is for 'manual' station selection, pushing the buttons directly...for example, if you want 106.5MHz, press M, then press '1', then '0', then '6' then '5'. M has nothing to do with programming Memory!!!
