*WANT* 320si Engine
Looking for a new heart to my first BMW nightmare!! After my spark plug electrode burnt off and smashed my cylinder liner to bits, and various "engine reconditioning" workshops/garages saying they wouldn't take on the job to swap the liners for steel and recon the engine I am forced to search for another engine.
If anyone is braking an Si or knows of someone/place, let me know thanks. I am around Nottingham. |

I'll give the engine engineering guys a call as I didn't stumble across them while I was looking but they dont seem to list the n45b20 engine in the engine availability page (i am prone to blindness however). Edit - they do potentially stock them I stopped being blind! And yes, I've seen the block on sale however I was hoping to pick up a whole block at least with bottom-end, pistons etc.. |

Also, I know http://www.jcracing.info/ have fitted liners to N45b20 engines. I was in their shop about 18months ago and they had one in.
Located in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. |
