I'm looking for someone to take over my lease contract with BMWFS.

Here are the spec:
2008 E90 M3 6 speed in Sparkling Graphite Metallic with black leather, MSRP $67.5k
- Inception date: 1/10/09
- Fully loaded except extended leather, 19", and PDC
- Premium, Tech, Cold weather, sunroof, enhanced audio, etc.
- Comes with dealer accessories: floor mat, rubber mat, and rubber trunk mat
- All stock, currently has blackline installed, but will not include in the transfer.
- Mint condition, only minor rock chips and 1 stone chip on windshield (repaired)
- No scratch, no swirl marks
- Currently 9500 miles.


Lease terms:
- 36 months 15k miles per year, total mile allowed: 45045
- Monthly payment: $710 + CA tax ($780 total), just paid next month payment today. (low low payment!)
- Payoff: $52,365 (Good til 9/7/09)

I'm only looking for $800 my security deposit, which will be transferred to the new owner and will be refunded by BMWFS at the end of the lease.
