So basically my FBO 07 e92 mhd 2+ has terrible cold starts, and warm starts… Although it starts much better when the ac is turned on. When the ac is turned off, it jumps up to around 1k rpm then drops all the way down to 400, causing it to nearly shutoff - this is only during colds starts. When it's warm, it does the same thing except it doesn't drop low enough to die or start stuttering. When it sits for at minimum overnight, I get some white smoke from the tailpipes, but it's minimal (it's not condensation). It's jumpy at low rpm, especially in parking lots and what not, but I have no issues under WOT. The thing is I have no codes and this has been going on for a while, I know, shame on me. My guess is leaky injectors? What do y'all think?

Why don't you do the one thing that will tell you if you have leaky injectors??........check for leaky injectors.

Let the car sit overnight, pull the spark plugs out in the morning. If any are wet with fuel or even smell like gas....that cylinder had a leaky injector. Replace the leaky injectors with new index 12 injectors.

It's simple to test them.....and replace them.

I agree, let the car sit overnight and pull the plugs in the morning. I was able to find one injector that showed early signs of leaking that way (plug tip fouled and fuel smell). Its a great way to narrow down which one is your culprit.

This works too if you got enough time to play around with the injectors:

Good and it's a bad thing having some new injectors.
