E90 ext light warning

I have just collected my car from a body repair shop after it was slightly rear ended in the snow.

I had no warning lights after the accident and before it had the rear bumper resprayed.

But after collecting it from the body shop every time I switch on the ignition I get the ext light warning, which goes off after a few seconds.

I have checked all the lights and all appear to be working.

Im guessing they had to take off the bumper to do the respray and may have dislodged some cable, but before I ring them is there anything I should press to maybe cancel this warning as Im wondering if it may be indicating there was a problem while they were doing the work but everything has now been reconnected.

Yes, number plate lights both ok, reversing lights, fog lights, brake lights including high level all ok

If I press the button on the end of the stalk when the warning light comes on no other information is given, the warning light just goes out.

Solved it now.

When pressing "check" on the stalk, and then pressing and holding when the warning light came on it cam up with a code ID 134, which I found to be Right Brake Light.

Although that bulb was working ok I changed it and all is OK now.

Sometimes cheap bulbs can throw up the warning code!
