2011 E90 2011 335xi Sedan Lowered on H&R/Blistien - 19" Tire PSS Config Help

I am in need of some help. I just got my car back from BMW and they told me my front tires are very worn on the inside (and feathering) and the rears are on the wear strip (also feathering slightly).

I just bought this car CPO in February and after calling the dealership they realized they sent the car out with the rears under their minimum 5 ml tread life remaining and told me I can buy two rear tires and they will cut me a cheque.

Current setup
OEM 313 19"x8.5 Fronts, 313 19"x9.5 Rears
Front Tires 225/35/19 Bridgestone Potenza 050 RFT
Rear Tires 255/30/19 Same

I would like to go with the recommended size I have read on the forum here but worried as the car is dropped with H&R Springs and I don't want any rubbing

Proposed setup
Michelin Pilot Super Sport
Front Tires 235/35/19
Rear Tires 265/30/19

Anyone else with a similar setup and experience no rubbing? Also, can I add spacers, say 10-12mm in front and 5-8mm in rear?

Any help would be appreciated.

You should double check that they'll pay for a non runflat tire. Its been my experience that many dealers wont put these on, but your case could be special.

Yes I put on PSS non rft and they will pay for alignment and the rears...

Tire shop strongly persuaded me not to put spacers on the car.
