Ralph has turned out to be a GREAT CA actually, he was the only one who was reasonable when we went to ottos..will be dealing with him most likely, he really deserves the commission i think...that is why i will be dealing with him he was also offering to set up the performance center delivery for me as well, which i know comes with your purchase but its good that he can set it up..

Andr, which car did you get from him?? at ottos

auto vs manual is a no brainer question for me so i wouldn't need to test drive an auto tranny vehicle. i already have my 335 manual and it's perfect. money was never the issue. to me it sounds like maybe you pestered this CA a bit too much and did some things that would make most CA's think you were just a tire kicker. i wasnt there so im basing this on hear say but that's what it sounds like to me.

Like I said before, if you want to still order, the offer stands.....
but most people order these cars with out even driving them... and I did you a favor....I helped you, even when you were not my customer, because you had to drive it when the other CA was not around. Alot of other CA's stay away from those situations....I didn't because I valued your time and position... I was just asking for the same value in return when I ask you not to waste my time

My SA at Otto's was Justice Mogano, he was great, very helpful and knew the product inside and out.

I went to Devon first, but the person I spoke to was terrible. One example, he was trying to demo iDrive, and I had to help him out a few times. And then didn't even offer a test drive... I didn't even get a follow up call from Devon, even though I filled out their little customer information form. I went to Otto's the next day, and bought from them.
