New 19" wheels n tires vibrate

I had these road balanced twice and it still vibrates.. really noticeable going above 60mph. Is there something else I need to look into?

225-40-19 / 255-35-19 Toyo Proxes 4 plus Avant Garde wheels 8.5 / 9.5

I had this same issue on my last car (VW GTI)... for me it was a Striped Lug in one of my wheels. have that checked! Goodluck!

Nope, shimmy still there.. I took all 4 wheels off inspected and retorqued. I did notice the front wheels came off the hub with no force while the rears needed a kick or two. Could this be the problem?
These wheels are hub centric so would I need hub rings?

You should not need hub rings. Your front bushings might be worn. The larger wheels could just magnify the issue.
