2 cracked rims and potentially £1200
Hi all,
so i bought an e93 pre-lci 330d 2 months ago... i love the car and it hasn't had any issues until the tyre pressure warning came on. checked pressures and rear passenger tyre was down - pumped it back up but it keeps going down. Just come back from BMW and they're saying both left side alloys are cracked and they're quoting £1200 fitted. Tyres are 225x35x19 F and 255x30x19 R. do you think its better to fit the OEM rims or buy some aftermarket ones? If aftermarket is the suggestion, does anyone know where they may have some reasonable prices or in fact which rim sizes i need to buy? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Rich |
