A 7 year old factory battery just failed and left me sitting at work, and now it's raining. I don't remember it being so hard to get logs in the past...

Then Protool to program it.

58#'s but it is over the drive wheel so that can help with traction.

It was a heavy sob, but I never would have guessed it to be 58 lbs. I was either too tired to notice or I'm stronger than I think.

1st is that he has an excellent track record and many supportive customers. That can be said however about most of the recommendations here.

2nd reason is that he is the only one who has responded to my emails, facebook and facebook messages with any consistency or at all.

I know people are busy and tuning is not always their full time job, but not responding to an inquiry or taking over a week to get back to someone seems unreasonable to me.
My stock turbos crapped out so I'm replacing with RB turbos so I will need to adjust my tuning, the place where I get my tuning done are supporting the N54 platform anymore because they are having issues... I don't know anything about custom tuning so I thought I would start here to see what I would need to do. I do a little work on my car but usually take it out to get things done, work a lot so have very little time. Not sure how the custom tune works or how to install it, need pointed in the right direction.

Have a 2012 335is with 35k miles on it(I work alot and don't drive it much) have mods... Catless DP's, inlets, outlets, 5" FMIC, Duel cone filters and MHD flash, a LPFP was suggested when I change out turbos.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks

First is finding a tuner that is available and willing to work on your car. As some tuners come and go and others are back logged, I would suggest doing some searches on this board as well as others and even some google searches. Once you have selected one, you just need to send 3 logs of 3rd or 4th gear pulls to the tuner for their review. They will ask the obvious questions as to what you have done with the car so they can take those into consideration. They just email you the tune and you would then load it up from your device that you use to load MHD on.
