Im beginning to think it may need walnut blasted. I just hate spending 400 dollars on cleaning it and it might not fix the issue.. Is there any easier way of cleaning it that may noy do as good of a job buy good enough to see a difference?

Reset all adaptations and cylinder synchronization before you do anything else.

Buy a gun cleaning kit and some SS wire wheels for your drill. You'll need a pick that is hook & L shaped. Lots of paper towel. You'll need a 22mm socket in order to turn the crank so you can seal the valves. You'll also want a head mounted LED flash light. Google is your friend. There are videos & DIY's on this forum on how to do an old fashioned "scrubbing" of the intake valves. |

So recently my car has been acting slightly better. Ive been trying to push more rpms through the engine to try and clean a little carbon build up off. Now in the morning it wont missfire till about 3 miles of driving with it. Pulls strong and everyrhing but once i do a few more pulls it will start. I can slowly ease into 4th and not get a missfire. But 3rd its a hit or miss. Usually a miss haha. Does this sound like carbon buildup?
