Yes. The spark plugs are due for a change.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

It's a service reminder for your spark plugs. Usually you should change plugs every 45-60k miles or so. If you are not having any misfires and your car is running fine along with decent fuel economy then you don't have to change them. But it wouldn't hurt and will probably help with performance/fuel economy if they haven't been changed in a long time.

If the OP has a E90 330i, then the spark plug interval is 100,000 miles. The ignition system compensates for plug wear, so there will not be any perceptible change in fuel consumption. The OP gave no historical information on his car and came to the internet with a question that is answerable by consulting the owners manual. If the paper manual is missing from the vehicle, then there are numerous places the OP can find it on line. Starting with MY 2010, the plug interval dropped to 60,000 miles and the notification was removed from the CBS menu.
