Yes. The spark plugs are due for a change.

A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

It's a service reminder for your spark plugs. Usually you should change plugs every 45-60k miles or so. If you are not having any misfires and your car is running fine along with decent fuel economy then you don't have to change them. But it wouldn't hurt and will probably help with performance/fuel economy if they haven't been changed in a long time.
