So I done did it.
Absolutely worth it. Insane gains. The dyno before the tune was at 170hp at the wheels don't know what that is corrected to engine bhp because he didn't print/save that graph . Anyway, after the tune I came out to 277bhp (corrected to engine). Keep in mind this is a car from 2012, which BMW gave 218bhp on paper. AND I did NOT change the intake at all. yeah, my 330i put down about 215-220whp with the stock tune.
If that's 212whp, it's pretty good compared to your baseline! - but it's not 277hp, lol, not even close. you aren't losing 65hp on these cars to drivetrain losses. But you should still be happy |
