It get's better. I will be posting a pic of the Bellona in the Miraflores locks real soon. It's in the first set of locks that are out of camera range so I'm just waiting until it hit's the second with the camera! :rocks:

Here is the Bellona in the Miraflores Locks. She's almost to the pacific ocean now. Only 7 more days until she supposed to dock at Port Hueneme!

hehe, thanks for the vote of confidence. Unfortunately there isn't much I can do now. The ship is out of any AIS tracking range and doesn't use satellite to update sailwx.info so we are really out of luck for the next 6 days. Once it get's near LA I will be able to see it but by then it will only be hours from port.

This part of the wait is just as bad as when it left the UK and I pretty much lost tracking ability.

How long does it normally take to go through the VPC? I've seen estimates of one day to two weeks. I have to have my factory radio reinstalled in my current car and I don't want to do it any earlier than necessary because I'll lose Sirius. If it's possible that I might have my car by next weekend I have to have the radio reinstalled tomorrow.

I would say you are looking at the 14th as the earliest day you could possibly take delivery. And that is being very optimistic. The ship isn't due to dock until the late afternoon/early evening on Thursday the 9th if it's on time. They probably won't unload until Friday morning. If there are peeps from the VPC center picking up the cars as they are unloading then those first cars will start VPC on Friday. Who knows where your car will be in the list.... Then trucked to your dealer and he does his prep then you come and get it.

I am glad to find all this new info..... I had no clue on where my car was and the dealer was of no help, but thanks to bellona roll support group i feel good that it is getting so close. Ever since i sold my AUDI A4, ive been haven trouble goen to sleep, i keep thinkiing of all the things i want to do to my car once i get it.... . Anyone here in the san fernando valley know of any meet ups next month. I want to get some ideas.

I ordered my E90 335i 6mt, black saphire, black leather, burlwood trim, performance, sport, cold weather, iDrive and Nav, comfort, and parking assist back on September 22. Looks like it shipped out in mid-October, so I am hoping I am on the boat as well. Emailed my dealer, but no word yet on ETA.

Have you called the 800 # at all? What was the date that it changed to In Transit? We can better determine what ship you are on with that info.

No updates at all. We are still scheduled to dock late in the afternoon on the 9th. Beacause the ship is nowhere near land I cannot track it. Once it get's into the LA area I'll know more. By then we will be hours from dock. After docking I will know as much as you.

Yeah, I did call and it is "In Transit." Unfortunately, I was "out of dodge" when it changed...most my information came from OC (real reliability there!), so I am pretty much guessing on the date.
