One of the best sessions I ever had at Tremblant was in changing conditions, rain from turn 6 through 10 dry from 14 to 5. If it rains hard watch out for the little stream accross the track around turn 6.
This is also where I cry uncontrollably as all the wussies in high-power RWD cars start creating traffic for me

What's annoying, though, is that the NT05s that I'm putti on this very minute are a bit shitty in the rain. Damn.

Let's hope it improves. Want at least one dry session, else I might as well keep my all seasons on. Heh.

I know what you mean. I've only done BMW Club events and they are very well controlled with flaggers. You guys are doing it with the Viper Club (I believe) and it will be interesting to see how many yahoo's there are on the track. Last thing you want is some nutcase barelling down on the inside of the carousel and missing his braking point...

In the dry it is one thing, in the wet it is a different story. If there are changing conditions you guys will have lots of fun...

I love lapping in the rain. It's like playing snooker right before playing regular pool.

What I don't like is having my stuff all wet in the pits.

Fine, but AWD is doing much of the work for you

It's like driving with all the nannies on

Viper is usually pretty well controlled - unlike Phoenix CMR @ WG two years ago which was simply hilarious (last year was fine). Now that I think of it, I've never done Viperclub in the rain. We will see.

Agree with Tony that lapping in the rain is fun, but sucks to have all the stuff wet.

Yah except I can turn the nannies off and still reap the benefits of AWD, whilst you RWD guys turn off your nannies and are left holding your cacks

if they are new, the'll be fine. there's enough tread on it to prevent hydro planning.
