Bi xenon flash with the high beams to signal

Hello
Check the ones that have bixenon, when the car is with the lights off, can they flash with the high beams to signal?

I'm missing this, turned on makes it perfect, but turned off it doesn't.
It is a retrofit with a harness, it has the VO522 loaded and several modified parameters in frm, but I can't find that it turns on the long ones to make signals.

Could you tell me what the parameter is?
Maybe it's a problem with the harness issue.
I found a parameter that makes the opening noise of the long ones, but does not turn them on.

Another question, the opening of the low beams, can it be modified?
The high beam illuminates very well, but the low beam seems to me to illuminate little.

Thank you
