Got my 335d finally!

I ordered at the end of August and picked up today. Traded in my 135i.

More pics will be added to my thread in the pics forum, but here she is.
Deep Sea Blue / Saddle / Dark Burl
Sport pkg
Premium pkg
Nav
Harmon/Kardon
iPod+USB
Comfort Access
Folding rear seats (these came STANDARD on my 135i, why not a 3 series??)

Only about 50 miles are on the odo now, after taking the long way home from the dealership.

I'm giving it a proper break-in but luckily this car can still be pretty fun below 3500rpm!

Congrats. Remember it's going to take a long time for the diesel to break in. It is a diesel afterall.

Congrats, I have about 800 miles on mine now, and I am loving it . The first thing I did was drive around my area to scope out the best diesel stop hehe

How much less smooth is the diesel engine when compared to the N54?

Congrats. I picked up my D this past July in Munich then took redelivery in South Carolina. Nearly the same colors too. Deep Sea Blue with Chestnut Brown interior. Haven't had any flashers sad to say. I have about 2500miles on it now. I performed a break-in oil change and its still purring like a champ. Many of the same options. Just dont have a memory lapse and put gas into the tank.

It's actually just as smooth, just lower in pitch. It feels more like a carb'ed big-block V8 at low RPM's.
It might just be the colder weather, but this car is noticeably more responsive than the two 335d's I test drove a couple months ago (and it's not even broken in yet).
Gonna take it for a trip in the mountains today, there should be some rain/snow mix, so it's going to look pretty nasty for my mountain photo ops!
