Detailing guy filled my stone chips my with goop, what do I do now?

Basically the title.
How do I find the exact shade of paint for my 2009 335i ?
and how do I get the non-matching filled in paint ourt without damaging the existing paint on my car?

Look up your paint code by your VIN in a VIN decoder then buy some touch up paint in that paint code online, eBay should have tons

What kind of goop did they use? Is it hard? I would use something like a tool for taking out o-rings (very sharp end) and pry the material out if it´s hard. If it is soft, use some diluted acetone and try to dissolve it.
