I’ve recently purchased this e92 and I’m wanting to refresh the chrome window surrounds, I have tried to use Autosol anodised aluminium polish on them but haven’t been greatly successful, they may be slightly better than before but they definitely aren’t as good as I would like them to be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would like to avoid buying new ones or turning these black.

Maybe try https://barkeepersfriend.com/products/soft-cleanser/ I use it for the exhaust tips. As always, test in a small area.

You can also just wrap it silver or whatever color you want?

I know you said you didn't want to turn it black but its just a peel off vinyl wrap if you didn't want it later on
