I think they look pretty cool, but hard to tell for certain without additional pics, different angles. I've been thinking of getting some myself, but having trouble finding them. Where do you get them? Thx.

I liked it until you mentioned that these are PAINTED; aka you cannot just peel these off like you could with vinyl when it's time to sell it or when racing stripes is just not your thing anymore. OMG this has to be the worst mod ever posted. Just my opinion :|

Stumbled across this thread and did a double take.
“Wait… is that… could it be… is it… THATS MY CAR!”
Those questionable racing stripes now live in my driveway. 20 years after that first post that car now resides on the other side of the country living a very different life. I found this Mr. and Mrs. Smith inspired 330xi 6 speed as a non-runner on Craig’s list and I just had to bring the poor old thing home.
Now, If you didn’t like how the modifications started, you’re probably not going to like where they are headed. lol. :-) The car is now lifted and on bigger tires. It’s got a roof rack, a cheap spoiler, horrible aftermarket headlights that barely work, and stickers from events that come and go. Its sole purpose in life is now to go on adventures around Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, usually off-road or playing in the snow.
