My suggestion for your second mod would be to exchange your stock shifter for the shorter "sport shifter". It makes a big difference in the feel and throw of shifting.
Your car would look even better if you swapped those 162s for the new 189s that I have on my coupe. They would look fabulous on your new machine.
I was thinking about the short shift kit, but I didn't think it was too bad with the factory. It actually seemed shorter and crisper than my M3 was. The mod I realy think I want is a better exhaust. It just doesn't have the sound I want yet. Maybe after a little break-in it'll be better.

Thanks for the tip Ed! That's exactly what I was looking for. I may call them and see if they can include amber turn signal bulbs with them as well. I really want to get closer to the European look.

Are you saying that the US market E92s rear turn signals do not flash yellow like the Canadian E92s ?
If not, then maybe a simple bulb change will give you flashing yellow turn signals.

Nope. Unfortunately, ours flash red.

Well, here's another dumb decision on the part of BMWNA to specify red flashing turn signals for the US market E92 instead of the safer yellow ones for the rest of the world. A simple bulb change should rectify this shortcoming for US owners of E92.

Thumbs up

Wow !!! That Crimson Red and the package you chose is Sooooo Hot

I use to always when I would see the 2003-2004 E46s in a Similar Red with the 18inch wheels and the package (I think is called) ZHP.

Congrats BMWsloy

All I can say is Wow. I thought I was a Sparkling Graphite guy all the way, but this is really making me reconsider.

Great looking color and much richer than Electric Red. Really stands out from the crowd.

I'd love to see some more interior combo's w/ this just color too.
